John Walden TELEPHONE: 716 771-3588 MONTH June 1996 The unit was started up and brought on-line on June 10, 1996. A turbine trip occurred on June 10, 1996 due to high turbine back pressure. The unit was placed back on-line on June 10, 1996. A schedule unit shutdown for turbine testing and secondary system maintenance took place on June 12, 1996. The unit was placed one-line on June 13, 1996. Power ascension was limited by fuel conditioning.

Full power was reached on June 15, 1996. A power reduction occurred on June 20, 1996 due to a failure on the electrical distribution system offsite. The unit was reduced to 72'. power while repairs were made. The unit remained at full power for the remainder of the month.
