1. Change the NOTE in Section 5.1 to read:

t0 "Should a DR be invalid, the Coordinator' records reasonable justification which supports the conclusion on the form, enters "N/A" to indicate "not applicable" in the spaces provided for the signatures of the first reviewers and originator, then signs and dates it.

The Coordinator ensures that any information used in the validation process is traceable to an seceptable source document and is referenced on the form. Any attachments are indicated on the form.

Due to the extensive reviews required to be conducted by the ISAP I.d.1 Coordinator to determine the validity of the DRs, the Coordinator is responsible for their disposition.

Therefore, the signature concurrence of the originator and/or the first reviewers in validity determinations of DRs relative to QC Inspector certification is unnecessary."
