Title:

MECHANICAL DISCIPLINE WALKDOWN INSTRUCTION PURPOSE' This addendum changes " Attachment I" of Dl-M-001 to " Attachment A" to bring

. this discipline instruction in compliance with DAP-10.

SCOPE Revise Section 3.2.2 (pg. 2) to read:

"The Discipline Coordinator is responsible for opproving the Walkdown Checklist, Attachment A...".

Revise Section 4.1.1, Sentence 2 (pg. 3) to read:

"Walkdown checklists shall be prepared in occordance t

with the format of Attachment A Revise header of Attachment I and lis continuation sheet to read:

" ATTACHMENT A".

INSTRUCTION This addendum _is effective upon opproval and shall remain in effect until opproval of the next revision of DAP-DI M-001.

This addendum shall be securely attached to each controlled copy of DAP.DI-M-001.
