Change.the second paragraph'of Section 5.4.4, in part to read:'

".... to.the attention of the applicable QA/QC Engineer. -If the QA/QC Engineer agrees that the attribute, portion of the attribute, or inspection point is not applicable or is inaccessible, he will mark the attribute appropriately (NA or INACC.), initial and date the~ entry, revise the exclusion letter to reflect the non-applicable or inaccessible attribute, and-obtain the necessary signatures on the exclusion letter.
