Revise Section 3.1.3 (pg. 1) to read:

" Checklist No. DAP-CLA-P-001 generated in accordance with DAP-4 used to review the Comanche Peak Project Procedures (CPPP).

INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon approval and shall' remain in effect until approval of the next revision of DAP-DI-P-002.

This addendum shall be securely attached to each controlled copy of DAP-DI-P-002.
