Gentlemen Special Report Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.7.9.of the Trojan Technical Specifications requires submittal of a Special Report if a 3-hour fire barrier is nonfunctional for greater than seven ~

days. Fire barriers in the areas described below were declared .

inoperable on the dates indicated and remained inoperable for

' greater than seven days. The barriers were degraded in order to support the indicated maintenance work in each area.
