Reissue of Snecial Report Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.7.8.2 of the Trojan Technical. Specifications (TTS) requires submittal of a Special
-Report if _the cable spreading room suppression system is i
nonfunctional for greater than fourteen (14) days.
The cable spreading room suppression system was declared inoperable on 26 June 1989 to suppot.d planned modifications to the system.

The system is expected to be operable by 7 August 1989.
The compensatory measures of Technical Specificati.on 3.7.8.2 (establishing backup suppression capability and establishing a continuous fire watch) were established as required.
