Specifications (TTS) requires submittal of.a Special Report if effluent monitoring instrumentation is inoperable for greater than'seven days. The effluent monitoring instrumentation described below was declared inoperable on the:date. indicated and remained inoperable for greater than seven days.

sampler ani 4;ooded the flow limiting switch, thus rendering the sampler ]i inoperable. The switch was replaced and the sampler was restored.to3 s service on August 14, 1989. ]

.2; Condenser Air Ejector Noble Gas Effluent Monitor' (PRM-6C). This monitor. ~

is supplied by the same .line as the Condenser Air Ejector Effluent Iodine Sampler. When the sampler was removed from service due to the flooded line, this monitor was also removed from service. The monitor was restored to service on August 14, 1989, after the flooded switch was l replaced.

l The compensatory measures of Technical Specification 3.3.3.11 were established .
