On June 5, 1987, door number'428 was determined to.be' inoperable:for' greater J

than-.7 days.;

i During a routine inspection, door number 428, which separates the Service Water Boster Pump area from the crane bay on I

the 45' Auxiliary Building, was discovered not to close and latch properly.

The door was assumed-to be inoperable for greater than 7 days since it could not be' determined exactly when the door became-inoperable.

Compensatory measures ~de-scribed in Technical Specification 3.7.9 were fulfilled on June 5,.1987.-

E The estimated completion date for repair and return to service is. August 1, 1987.
