l Special Report Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.7.8.1 of the Trojan Technical l
Specifications requires a Special Report be submitted if one of the

I required fire pumps is inoperabic for greater than seven days.
The diesel-driven fire pump was removed from service on July 22, 1986 tor preventive maintenance. The maintenance required the replacement of certain components.
Due to a material requisition error the replacement parts on hand were not the correct parts. The correct replacement parts were not received in time to return the pump to service within seven days. The pump components were replaced and the pump was tested and returned to service on July 30, 1986. While the pump maintenance was being performed, a fire pumper truck was made available as a compensatory measure.
