On November 12, 1987 at 0555 hours0.00642 days <br />0.154 hours <br />9.176587e-4 weeks <br />2.111775e-4 months <br />, the south fire main loop was removed from service to repair a leak in the system.

In accordance with LCO 3.7.8.1, a backup fire suppression water system was established. The system was returned to operable status at 1640 hours0.019 days <br />0.456 hours <br />0.00271 weeks <br />6.2402e-4 months <br /> on November 12, 1987.
