SMUD has begun development of scenarios to support the 1988 Drill and Exercise Program. At part of this effort, a Scenario Review Group (SRG) has been est abl i shed.
Representatives from SMUD, the counties, and the State have been identified to serve on the Rancho Seco Drill and Exercise Scenario Review Group. These personnel review and ::omment on the scenario packages developed to meet the requirements establisned in NUREG 0654/ FEMA-REl' 1, Section N, "Drills and Exercises." An :1RC representative on this group would be a welcome addition.
NRC's part(cioatina will e.lso streamline the development process and will help to minimize 1RC's revisions to the Drill /Exerciw Packages during regulatory review. I? you would like to participate ple.Ase provide the name of a representativa from ycur organization to serve on the SRG.
Monthly SRG meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. The meetings last for one to two hours and are located in Trailer 6, Design City, at the Rancho Seco site.
