Fifteen (15) gallon, unfiltered grogog water gamples collected from the levels of IJ'Cs and 3H below our limits of wells descrlggd detection below containejH<250pCi/1).

( ' 'Cs<0.007 pCi/1; The location of the wells are shown in Figure 1 which follows. Water from wells 1-10 sampled on 5-7-85. Well 11 sampled on 8-30-85.

Well Number Description 1 Irrigation well near station R-51 (lake north of Clay Creek on land of G. Silva),.

2000 ft from Clay Creek. The water tame is at 165 ft. and the depth of the well it 450 ft.

2 Irrigation well located on Mr. Silva's pasture land 800 ft. east of Clay Creek.

The water table is at 145 f t. and the well is drilled to a depth of 700 ft.

4 Domestic well of mother of Mr. G. Silv3 at residence.

5 Domestic well of Mr. John Evans. Water pumped from the well located 2000 ft from Hadselville Creek, was sampled from a garden hose.

6 Domestic well of employee of Mr. G. Silva located 300 ft. from Hadselville Creek. The water table is at a depth of 98 ft. and the well is drilled to a depth of 300 ft.

7 Domestic well of Gary Silva, Jr. located 300 ft from Hadselville Creek. The water table is at 100 ft. and the depth of the well is 325 ft.

8 Domestic well of Gary Silva located 800 f t.

from Hadselville Creek on crest of hill near residence. Water table is at 145 f t. and the well is 450 ft, deep.

9 Domestic and irrigation well of Mr. Silva located in the area of the horse corral, 200 f t. from Hadselville Creek. The water table is at 115 ft. and the well is 450 ft. deep.

10 Domestic well of Mr. Howard Jacobs. The well is located 600 ft. from Hadselville Creek. The water table is located at 96 ft.
