Dear Mr. Burton:

This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at Holly Springs Cultural Center on April 9, 2012, at 5:45 p.m. The meeting's purpose was to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant.

The topics discussed included the reactor oversight process, the NRCs action matrix and the performance of the Harris Nuclear Plant.

Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handouts.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
