This refers to the Category 1 public meeting which was held on May 20, 2013, at 5:00 p.m.,
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), at the Holly Springs Cultural Center. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
