FOR PUBLIC MEETING WITH ENTERGY OPERATIONS ON WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION UNIT-3 2009 PERFORMANCE

Dear Mr. Kowalewski:

On May 11, 2010, representatives of Entergy met with NRC personnel at the Entergy Education Center, in Killona, Louisiana, to discuss the NRC's 2009 end of cycle pe rformance assessment. The meeting was held at the request of the NRC to present information regarding plant performance for the 2009 calendar year. The list of attendees and a copy of the NRC's presentation are included as Enclosures 1 and 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
