DOCKET NO. 50-289, LICENSE NO. DPR-50 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 29 Attached are three signed originals and thirty-seven conformed copies of Technical Speciff cation Change Request no. 29, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-50. As a part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are also attached.

Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service of Technical Specification Change Request No. 29 to the chief executives of the town-ship and county in which the facility is located.

Your approval of this change is requested prior to January 16, 1976, since it is our desire to begin the transition from operation under Figure 3.5-2B to operation under Figure 3.5-2C at 430 EFPD which will occur about January 17, 1976.
