As the result of telephone conversations with the NRC Stcff, additional changes to the License and the Technical Specifications are proposed to address concerns identified during the NRC Staff review and are contained in the Attachment to this letter. The revised pages in the attachment are a direct replacement for tha same pages which were previously transmitted in Reference (a).

These proposed changes have received On-Site and off-Site review and approval.
