Procedures Effective Dates EPP 06-012, Rev. 14D August 15, 2016 AP 06-003, Rev. 1A August 29, 2016 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedures explains that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. 1. Procedure EPP 06-012, "Dose Assessment, Rev. 140 Changes included a number of administrative changes to improve consistency, correct format and spelling errors, and convert the procedure to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's VPROMS procedure software formatting. These changes to EPP 06-012 are all administrative or editorial in nature and do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

2. Procedure AP 06-003, "Severe Accident Management, Rev. 1A Administrative change to step 6.1.2 to correct grammar, change "is" to "are,"

and reformatted steps 6.2.1.4 and 6.2.1.5 to meet the Procedure Writer's Guide for IF!THEN statements. This change to procedure AP 06-003 is editorial in nature and does not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
