Form EPF 06- 001-08 is being revised to remove the need to distinguish between normal and non-normal working hour for ERO notifications. The standardization of the TSC activation to 75 minutes negates the need to distinguish between normal and non-normal working hours. The automatic dialing system (ADS) is to be used for ERO notification at all times.

This change includes two administrative changes. In the Emergency Notifications block, Coffey County was changed to Coffey County Sheriff and Westar Generation Operations was changed to Ev ergy Generation Operations. Summary of Changes to One Form that Implements the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

1. Form EPF 06- 001-08, OFF-SITE COMMUNICATOR CHECKLIST, Rev. 3

These changes are being made to be consistent with the Immediate and Follow-up Emergency Notification forms.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
