AMENDMENT N0. 95 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-54 RANCHOSEC0NUCLEARGENERATINGSTATION(TACNO.65417)

The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.95 to Facility Operating

License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS's) in response to your application dated May 14, 1987 and supplemented September 25, 1987 and October 29, 1987.

This amendment revised the TS's to reflect hardware modifications associated with reactor building combustible gas control. The hydrogen purge system was replaced with an incontainment hydrogen recombiner system.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
