Docket No. 50-339 Alert Mineral, Virginia Site Area Emergency General Emergency Not Applicable SUBJECH OUTAGE IN EXCESS OF 48 HOURS While operating at full power on August 4 at 11:13 p.m., (EDT) unidentified leakage of 1.31 gpm was noted. Power was reduced to allow containment entry to identify the leakage.
Three valves, including a loop stop valve, were observed to be leaking. An Unusual Event was declared at 1:00 a.m., (EDT) August 5 and reactor shutdown was commenced to allow
- repair of the leakage.
