This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of the Physical Security Program for Power Reactors. Specific areas inspected were Audits, Compensatory Measures, and Training and Power Supply. A Fitness For Duty event was also reviewed. The inspector evaluated the licensee's corrective action to a prior violation in addition to an Unresolved Ite Results:

In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identifie The licensee's most recent audit of the Security Program was thorough and intensive. Compensatory measures are kept to a minimum. Training appeared appropriate and Power Supply was adequately being addressed. The prior violation relative to control of Safeguards Information is " closed," as was the Unresolved Item relative to devitalizatio The Fitness For Duty incident reported by the licensee to the NRC regarding apparently falsified records will receive further NRC evaluation and will be tracked as an Unresolved Item (50-338 and 339/94-29-01).
