The State of New York Department of Environmental Conservation and regional representatives of the New '.ork State Department of Radiation Health have completed a survey of miscellaneous boxes and equipment with markings from Virginia Electric & Power's two nuclear plants, found in an abandoned building in Springwater, New York, and report no radiological proble :s or concerns.
Region II will discuss with the licensee the programs and procedures used to determine what l and how equipment and material beaning radioactive material markings is shipped off its i nuclear sites to unrestricted areas.
