SUBJECT:
PIPING SUPPORT LUG (TRUNNION) STRESS ANALYSIS DEFICIENCY The licensee reported that the architect engineer, Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, used incorrect allowable stresses when designing the piping support lugs (trunnions) for safety elated piping for Units 1 and 2.
Stone & Webster is evaluating the scope of the prottlem and is identifying the trunnions involved.
