This letter is to confirm a discussion earlier this week between your Leo Miller and SMUD's Ray Ashley that several members of the Rancho Seco Organization, including myself, will provide Region V with an approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hour presentation on the Action Plan for Performance Improvement.
- Mr. Miller indicated that the date of August 19, 1986, would be acceptable.
