EXAMINATICN REPORT, SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT FACILITY (STP)
On May 16-23, 1988, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your STP facility. At the corclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff !
personnel. Sixteen of seventeen applicants passed these examinations.
Some deficiencies were.noted with respect to compliance to the request for examination preparation material. The requirements for this material were transmitted in the examination confirmation letter dated March 8, 1988. The :
specific deficiencies are detailed in the enciesed report. Similar ,
deficiencies in future examination preparation packages will probably result '
in rejection of the material and possible delay or car.cellation of the ,
scheduled examination.
