Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Enclosed is the summary report entitled TMI-l Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test concerning the Containment Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) conducted in April, 1984.

Reactor Building Local Leak Rate Test Reports found in appendices G, H, and I contain a summary and analysis of Type B and C tests performed since our last submittal of October 5, 1981. This is being submitted in accordance with Technical Specification Sections

4. 4.1.1. 8 and 6. 9. 3. A(3) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix J.

. The low integrated leakage rate from the reactor containment building, approximctcly one-half of the allowable leakage rate, provides assurance that the reactor containment building is capable of performing its intended safety function.
