Dear Mr. Hernan,

I an an intervenor in the current 50-329, 50-330 OM !. OL proceedin0 at the Midland nuclear niant. Due to the submission date of supnlemental findings of fact on March 30, 1982, I am unable to respond to the Draft Environmental Statement for the Midland 01c it within the alloted time.

Accordingly I hereby seek n. fifteen day extension of time from the April 5, 1982 deadline (10CFR,51.25) to Apri' 20, 1982 in order to respond to the Draft Environmental Statement.
