%-ns Tc Whom It May Concern: 30'330 Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 5552, the Government Accountability Proj ect (GAP) of the Institute for Policy Studies requests copies of any and all agency records and information, including but not lim it ed to notes, letters, ce=oranda, drafts, minutes, diaries, logs, calendars, tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, procedures, instructions, en g in e er in g analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, photographs, agree-ments, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, computations, voice recordings, and other data compilations, interim and/or final reports, status reports, and any and all other records relevant to and/or generated in connection with the briefing of the NRC Commissioners on June 15, 1983 about the Midland Nuclear Power Plant.

identification of all personnel involved with the action (s), and any and all records relevant to, generated in connection with, and/or issued in order to implement the action (s).

Through 1egal r e p r e,s en t a t i on , advice, national conferences, files, publications and public outreach, the Proj ect promotes whistleblowers as agents of government accountability.

GAP requests the above information as part of an ongoing monitoring proj ect on the adequacy of the NEC's efforts to protect public safety and health at nuclear power plants.
