. I AECM-86/0085 Page 2 Please find attached certificates of coverage by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited and American Nuclear Insurers / Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters. However, as discussed with Mr. L. L. Kintner of your staff on March 21, 1986, Nuclear Mutual Limited (NML) has changed their procedure and will not issue a certificate until the effective date of coverage commences (i.e. April 1, 1986).

MP&L will receive the maximum primary property damage insurance coverage uvailable through NML which MP&L understands to remain at 500 million dollars.

A copy of the NML certificate expiring April 1,.1986 is attached for your information.

The certificate of coverage for NML, effective April 1, 1986, will be provided by May 1, 1986.
