The following are Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO's) commitments made within j this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.  ;

. B16022-1 NNECO commits to establish the design basis of the EDG air start system and ,

ensure that it is met. This will be completed prior to declaring the EDG operable.

B16022-2 NNECO commits to revise the UFSAR and surveillance procedures as necessary prior to Cycle 16.

! B16022-3 A review of other systems to identify and resolve design basis discrepancies is

, ongoing as part of the design basis verification program to address 10 CFR 50.54(f) 4 concems. The 10 CFR 50.54(f) review and recommendation implementation will l

be completed before startup for Cycle 16.
