REGULATORY COMMITMENT COMMITTED DATE OR OUTAGE B17577.01: A design change will modify the Mode 4 from current backup air system to assure the availability of outage backup air if a single bottle or regulator were to fail. This modification will be completed prior to entering Mode 4 from the current outage.

B17577.02 A design change to repower the Mode 4 from current containment isolation valves which will eliminate outage the DC power single failure vulnerability will be completed prior to entering Mode 4 from the current outage.
