Revision 33 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECo) hereby I submits Revision 33 to the Millstone Station Physical Security Plan (PSP) An i explanation of the changes to the PSP is provided as Attachment 1. The revision to the I plan is provided as Attachment 2. I The Millstone Nuclear Power Station Site Operations Review Committee has evaluated this revision pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and concurs that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the PSP.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(b), the PSP is considered safeguards information and, as such, NNECo requests that the attached changes be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).

There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
