Regulatory Commitments Tracking Niimber System l'.ngineering will revise and perform Technical Staff Surveillance (TSS) 295180975CAQ00013-01 15.6,161, Control Room 1:mergene, I'llter System (CRI:FS) Pressurization Test, with OPDV-OVOl4 damper functional and no Ausiliary !!uilding supply fans running, to verify positive pressure in the Control Room.1his will be done prior to the stanup of either unit and prior to the movement of irradiated fuel.
The Operations Depanment will revise ZODM PV and ZODM AY and the associated 295180975CAQ00013-02 Administrative t.COs to indictte that the supply fans are not required for Control Room habitability but that damper Ol'DV OVol4 is required. This will be completed prior to the startup of either unit and prior to the movement of irradiated fuel.
Maintenance will restore damper OPDV-OV014 to an operable status prior to startup of 295180975CAQ00013-03 either unit and prior to the movement of irradiated fuel.
A supplemental report will be submitted following the completion of the root cause 29518097SCAQ00013-04 report and evaluation of the impi 't on General Design Criteria 19 and potential affects of IDCI R100 limits.
The station will perform a trend analysis of the chronic failure of damper OPDV.OV014, 29518097SCAQ00013 05
