SHOREHAM CONSTRUCTION Please provide the Commission with summary reports from each of your offices about actions that have been taken or will be taken relative to the alleged construction problems at Shoreham that were broadcast on the 60 Minutes show last Sunday.

By copy I would also like OGC to indicate to the Commission if any of the problems are or were the subject of litigation
