Also atta,;hed as appendices to this report are the last revised copies of the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) and the LIPA Process Control Program (PCP) as referenced in the body of the report.
This report is in conformance with Technical Specification 6.8.1.4 (deleted from the License effective June 7,1994) and is consistent with sections 6.8.1.4 and 6.15.1 )
of Part I of the LIPA ODCM and sections 6.8.1.4 and 8.4 of the LIPA PCP, and was l prepared for closecut purposes as part of the completion of the Shoreham l Decommissioning. {
This report includes information for each type of solid waste shipped offsits to a burial site or to volume reduction facilities.
