Dear Mr. McMurray:
Due to the extremely limited time available for discovery, the Staff does not intend to make a formal response to your interrogatories dated March 1, 1988.
Dr. Urbanik's resume was made part of the record during the reception center hearings.
His particular qualifications to testify on this issue are stated in his affidavit which is attached to the January 15, 1988 Sta f f response to LILCO's motion for summary disposition.
The only 3#
documentation relled upon by Dr. Urbanik consists of Revision 9 to LILCO's emergency plan, and the material sent to all parties by applicant's counsel on
]1 February 29, 1988.
As i previously stated in my letter to you of February 29, 1988, Dr.
Urbanik has informed me that he generated no notes, memoranda, etc. during his review of the evacuation time estimate portion of Revision 9 to the LlLCO emergency plan. Since Dr. Urbanik will be available for a deposition on Friday, March 4,
1988 in Hunton and Williams' L
Washington, D.C. offices, any further questions may be posed at that time.
