Schwartr and Weiss.

Although this informal request .is untimely, coming well after the cloze of discovery, and unnecessary, given the examination of the same witness in L *8 deposition of January 14, 1987, the Staff provides the fo!!owing responses to your. request.

Request 1:

Any documents re these. Individual's involvement in preparing for ,

participating in or evaluating. the Shareham ei<ercise (assume . only Weiss docurnents since Schwartz has indicated no involvement).
