of New York, after extensive analysis, have determined not to adopt or implement any emergency plan for response to a i radiological emergency at the Shoreham plant, and the Board l

believes that the Governments of Suffolk County and the State of l

' New York have acted ' responsibly and in furtherance of the

WHEREAS, the mere acceptance and use of tone alert by the School District does not in any way indicate the School l

' District's acceptance of, or cooperation with, LILCo's propose:
