BWR OVEPrILL EVENTS RESULTING IN STEAM LINE FLOODING Enclosed is an AEOD Engineering Evaluation report on BWR overfill events that have resulted in the flooding of steam lines.
These events were detemined to involve deficiencies in control systems. Accordingly, we are forwarding this report for your infomation and consideration in the resolution of USI A-47,
" Safety Implications of Control Systems."
