Dear Mr. Bordenick:
This is in response to that part of your letter of October 26, 1988 i
requesting that the Board hold a reported telephone conference call with the parties and the State of Tennessee, to discuss the need for a further prehearing conference and other scheduling matters.
A telephone conference should be helpful.
Because of other prior commitments of Board members and the need to look at the materials you forwarded, the Board tentatively calls for the telephone conference to be held during the af ternoon of Wednesday, November 9.
The Board should be notified if this presents a problem for any participants.
