l WHEREAS, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considsring Lilco's request for a license-

to operate the Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant at low power levels; and ,

J 6 WHEREAS, the County L'gislature by Resolutier, dated November 27, 1984, stated the County's opposition to the issuance of such low power license; and
