RE0 VEST FOR DOCUME INFORftATION RE EX PARTE RULE In your memorandum of May 12, 1987, you asked us.to provide you with any information we might have regtrding possible oral or written contacts, which violate the NRC's ex parte rule or the APA, with Commission adjudicatory personnel about the Shoreham OL proceeding. My office has received letters from people living in the Shoreham area about that proceeding. Those letters hn e been provided to the Docketing and Services Branch of SECY to be placed in the PDR or served on the parties, as appropriate. Other than this, neither I nor my staff has any information regarding ex parte contacts about the Shoreham proceeding.
