CLOSEOUT OF NRC BULLETIN NO. 88-04, " POTENTIAL SAFETY-RELATED PUMP LOSS" - BYRON /BRAIDWOOD (TAC NOS. 69886, 69887, 69893,and69894)

By letters dated July 11, 1988, February 21, 1989, and June 30, 1989,

.Connonwealth Fdison Company (the licensee) responded to NRC Bul.letin 88-04,

" Potential Safety-Related Pump Loss." The February 21 and June 30, 1989 letters were in response to our verbal questions.

We find that the licensee'; responses adequately address the items in the bulletin. Thus, the licensing action for Tac hos. 69886, 69S57, 69893, and 69894 is considered complete on the date of this snemorandum. -Implementation is considered complete on the day of the licensee's last response, June 30, 1989.
