The Com:nission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.99 to pacility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Ranche Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to l your application dated November 8,1985, as supplemented December 9,1986.

This amendment aads limiting conditions for operation and surveillance I requirements associated with an automatic shunt trip attachment which was installed at Rancho Seco in response to Generic Letter 83-28.
