Dear Administrative Judges:

We have identified two minor errors in Commonwealth Edison's Motion for Sununary Disposition dated December 20, 1985 presently pending before you.

I First, for Contention. Item 12F in the discussion of material facts, material fact 6, the fourth line should read, " technicality as to the.

name of the redline drawings". Somehow in attempting to correct a typographical error in this line on January 3, 1986, we made it worse.

We apologise.

Second, for Contention Item 12J, Exhibit I to Mr. Shevlin's affidavit, page E0000521, the number "7" which appears in the upper right-hand block of the Table should be "8" and the number "12" which appears in the lower right-hand block of the Table should be "13". These changes correct an error made in counting the BCAP observations described in the remainder of Shevlin Exhibit E (pages E0000515-517). The error is carried through into the text of Mr. Shevlin's affidavit at page 26, l where the word "Deenty" in Answer 35 should be " Twenty-one". Similarly, the number "20" which appears twice in line 2 of page 6 of Dr. Kaushal's affidavit should be "21", and the number "20" which appears in the discussion of material facts at page 4, line 7, should also be "21".

This numerical error does not affect the substance of any of the affidavits or the merits of Edison's Motion for Summary Disposition.
