Dear Stu:
This letter will serve to memorialize our discussion last week concerning the CAT depositions scheduled for March 10 and 11 by my February 24 Notice o.f Deposition.
Based on your advice that the individuals to be deposed were not available on March 10, we agreed to schedule Mr. Keshishian on
!! arch 11 and Messrs. Georgiev and Hooks on March 12.
Although not discussed by us, the time and location remains as stated in my notice as 10AM, Isham, Lincoln & Beale, Suite 1100, 1150 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20036.
When we scheduled March 12, we were aware that the deposition of Mr. Goedecke had already been scheduled for 10AM in IL&B's offices in Chicago.
However, we were hopeful that Mr. Guild could, as done last week, prevail on other BPI attorneys to attend the Chicago deposition.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting Bob's advice on the matter.
If the matter cannot be accommodated in the foregoing manner, we agreed to reschedule the March 12 depositions, if necessary.
Sincerely, Joseph Gallo JG/ kit cc:
