All documents reflecting inde..nification agreements between Commonwealth Edison Company and the AEC or NRC for Commonwealth Edison Company's nuclear power plants at Braidwood, Byron, Dresden, LaSalle, Quad Cities and Zion.
2.
All documents reflecting or relating to public liability insurance required of and/or carried by Commonwealth Edison Company for those nuclear power plants.
When these documents have been located, we request that the NRC immediately notify us and make the documents available for our review and copying in the NRC Public Document Room / Reading Room in Washington, D.C.
If the NRC determines or estimates that fees to be assessed will exceed $500.00, the undersigned, on behalf of its client, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, hereby assures payment of whatever fees are assessed, not exceeding $500.00.
