Dear Stu:

Bob Gaild was not able to tell Mike Miller last week whether or not he intended to recall McGregor.

Hence, I am noticing the resumption of his deposition to preserve my right to do so.

Bob passed the witness (Tr. 334), and I estimate that approximately four hours will be needed to complete my examination.

I am open to discussion with respect to March 18 as the date for.the deposition if it presents a problem to others.
